What are my payment options?
We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express credit cards, We also accept Paypal and Revolout, Your credit card will be authorized upon processing your order, and will be billed prior to shipment. Please make sure that you enter the same exact billing address and telephone number that your credit card company has on record for your account to avoid delays in processing your order. All prices are in Euros. We do not accept money orders and cashier’s checks for product unless approved in advance by our Customer Service department. Do I have to pay sales tax?
We charge all applicable sales tax on orders delivered to addresses within Texas.
Any sales taxes due for orders shipped to any other state shall be the sole responsibility of the customer.
When will my credit card be charged?
We capture credit card transactions at the end of each business day. If there are any products ordered that are not available, we will notify you via e-mail and issue a credit the next business day.
I need a copy of my receipt / invoice.
